Nitovo Patient Text Updates SMS Terms

Nitovo Healthcare LLC, including Southwest Cardiovascular Center and Nitovo Primary Care Clinic, offers this optional, non-promotional text program for patients.

Program and enrollment

After reading the program notice and SMS Privacy Policy, text START from your own mobile phone to +1 505-305-5999 to enroll. You will receive a confirmation text. Enrollment is not a condition of care, patient registration, or any transaction. You can contact the clinic by phone without enrolling.

Messages

Messages may notify you that an appointment or routine administrative update needs your attention. Texts do not include patient names, diagnoses, test results, prescription details, or other clinical details. Call the clinic or use an existing secure channel for details. Do not use this text number for urgent medical needs or emergencies; call 911 for emergencies.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancel or get help

Reply STOP to stop these program messages. Reply HELP for assistance, call (505) 305-7766, or email admin@nitovo.com. After STOP, messages from this program will stop unless you independently enroll again by texting START.
