Nitovo Patient Text Updates SMS Privacy Policy

Nitovo Healthcare LLC, including Southwest Cardiovascular Center and Nitovo Primary Care Clinic, uses the mobile number you provide when you independently text START to +1 505-305-5999 to provide optional patient text updates.

Information and use

We use your mobile number, your START/STOP/HELP choices, and message delivery records to operate this program. We may use limited appointment or administrative workflow status to decide whether to send a generic alert. Text bodies do not contain patient names, diagnoses, test results, prescription details, or other clinical details. We do not use this program for marketing.

Sharing

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging service providers and mobile carriers may process the information necessary to deliver, respond to, and document these texts. Other disclosures are governed by applicable law and the clinic's Notice of Privacy Practices.

Security and choice

SMS may be seen by anyone with access to your phone or wireless account. Do not send medical details by text. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, call (505) 305-7766, or email admin@nitovo.com. Opting out does not affect your ability to receive care.
